This one is a Sauvignon Blanc and is one of the best so far, with pronounced aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon, lime, grapefruit and honey. It’s eminently quaffable with a good level of acid and isn’t as oily as some of the others we’ve tried. A clear winner on the white wine front.
