The Bees Knees

This sparkling grape drink (it’s barely been fermented so I don’t feel I can call it wine) is actually rather tasty. There’s green tea in it, which adds a really good dryness to what might otherwise be an overly-sweet fizz. However, it went very well with the curry we had for supper having a good level of residual sugars. It’s got good fresh pear and green apple flavours and is refreshingly sippable.
