Here's a non-alcoholic German Riesling. Green apple and lime on the nose, medium acid, light body, flavours of Granny Smith apple, honey and lime with smokey undertones. While this is certainly higher acid than previous whites, it’s still lower than expected for a Riesling and has a similar oily texture to the other white wines, so I’m concluding that the dealcoholisation process does something to reduce acid. This has a good flavour though, fruity, fresh and wine-like - it’s currently top of the white wine chart.
