This is a dealcoholised Chardonnay and wasn't bad. Aromas of lime, peach, green apple and pear drops. Flavours of green apple, lime, melon and grape. It had medium-low acidity, which is unexpected for a Chardonnay so I wonder whether the dealcoholisation process does something to the balance. It was a little oily too and I wonder whether is also a side effect of the alcohol extraction. (I’ve got a Riesling in waiting so if that has low acid then that will be telling). It was quite pleasant and refreshing and again tasted very much like wine. Worth a try if you’re looking for a non-alcoholic white wine.
