This Cabernet Sauvignon is light in appearance with aromas of blackcurrant and vanilla. On the palate it’s light-bodied, low tannin, medium-high acid with flavours of blackcurrant, vanilla and red plum. It’s another not-quite-wine, being only part dealcoholised wine and mixed with grape juice, water and even some natural flavouring (given the latter, I would have expected the flavours to be more pronounced), but it tastes like wine so I’ll forgive it. It’s definitely the leader of the red wines so far.
