Another dry moment during Christmas, this time as an aperitif to Boxing Day supper. This is the third of Seedlip’s three spirit offerings and is my favourite. It’s full of juicy citrus flavours with a bright grapefruit overtone. Here it’s conveniently premixed with lemongrass tonic, which is a suitable comrade for it. The fact that it comes in a can means that I’m much more likely to buy this Seedlip regularly as the large bottles have a shelf-life of only 3 months and I don’t tend to get through them in that time.
